Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of applications ("Apps") published by Ora Serrata LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using our Apps, you agree to these Terms.

Use of Our Apps

You may use our Apps for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Apps complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Wake-on-LAN Disclaimer

Rouse sends Wake-on-LAN (WoL) magic packets to devices on your network. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have authorization to wake any device you configure in the App. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from waking devices you do not own or are not authorized to control.

Rouse Relay

Rouse Relay is optional software that you run on your own device. Ora Serrata does not operate a hosted relay service. You are responsible for its configuration, authentication token, network access, and operation. Remote wake depends on your relay remaining awake and reachable.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in our Apps are the property of Ora Serrata LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our Apps except as permitted by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ora Serrata LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Apps, including but not limited to loss of data, device damage, or network disruption.

App Store Purchases

Each app's App Store listing describes its price and any purchases it offers. Apple processes App Store purchases. To request a refund, follow Apple's refund instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
