Fovea: Clipboard Converter
Clip it, convert it, file it.
Save copied images, PDFs, and text in the format you need. Crop a screenshot, edit a paragraph, or turn Markdown into formatted text. Fovea processes your content on your Mac, without uploading it for conversion.

- macOS 15 or later
- Choose a format
- Save images as PNG, JPEG, PDF, HEIC, or TIFF. Export selected PDF pages as a PDF or an image. Text formats include TXT, Markdown, RTF, and HTML, depending on the content. Preview the result and see the estimated file size before saving.
- Make Markdown useful
- Copied from an AI assistant, an editor, or your own notes: convert Markdown into rich text for Word or email, HTML for a website, or plain text without the formatting syntax.
- Save or copy back
- Use Save As to choose a name and location, or Quick Save to reuse a folder. Drag image and PDF previews into Finder or another app that accepts files. Use Copy to Clipboard to paste the result elsewhere.
- Private by design
- Fovea reads the clipboard while the app is active, processes your content locally, and keeps no clipboard history. It has no built-in analytics or advertising. Files go to the destination you choose; cloud and network destinations follow their own settings. Read the privacy policy.
